Madrasapattinam is a film which has been recently released.The film produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin under his banner Red Giant Movies has Arya and Emmy Jackson from UK in the lead roles. Vijay has directed this film. G V Prakash Kumar has composed the music. The fil has been released in KG and Archana Theatres in Kovai. Arya, Emmy Jackson, director Vijay and music composer G V Prakash appeared before the audience. The audience were surprised to see them and they went close to see the heroine.
Arya while speaking on this occasion said,” Many people scared us that the film will not run if we cast a foreign heroine. But we thought that people will accept us if we make the movie in an innovative way. The whole team worked with dedication and confidence. Now this film has proved that people will accept innovative things.”
When heroine Emmy spoke, she said that she liked Chennai very much and she will act in Tamil films if she gets offers.
